Indeterminate Hiatus

Oh wait, it’s been like two five months since we went on hiatus?! Well, I put indeterminate for a reason.  I guess it’s a bad thing that the leadership switched to me, but it’s not like there’s anyone else who really wanted to do it.

Wishlist for the future:

A Japanese to English translator.
Oh, and a raw for volume 37 that doesn’t look like crap. Solved with Chinese raws via dm5.com (Mixo Muse) The sfx are in Japanese still.
And a new blog to start fresh. ^^ I’m looking at blog.com at the moment. It’s here.

Wishlist for right now:

1. Volume 10 in a language other than Japanese, and a translator if that language isn’t Indonesian. Chinese raws.
2. More people who can QC and know some Japanese.
3. That people who send in applications would send me by email instead of posting in the comments.

Another Update

I know, I know, you guys are tired with all the update but no release thing, the problem is we all kinda busy lately with works and college/school. So I beg you please be more patient (because I know you all are patient already).

A short news about our cleaner: Keys2Kingdom, apparently his home was inflicted by the Storms in North Alabama. Fortunately he and his family are okay, but they have to move out from their home temporary. I hope everything works out for him. Best wishes from all of us, Keys!

In other news, I’m still working on 18.3. I’m about a third of the way done, and since I’ve cleared some other stuff, I think I’ll have some time to work on it soon. Sorry about the wait.

Update!

No, sorry to disappoint you but this is not a release. I feel terrible for not posting in here for a long time. The truth is I just lost my laptop and the only time I could get my hand into anything with keyboard and screen is once a week by borrowing my mom’s laptop. So until I get a new one, pretty much I can’t do anything to help the scanlation, not to mention I lost all my data. Hey you freaking thief! I hope you root in the deepest hell!!!

Anyway… this is my apologize to all of you, my co-scanlation peps and of course everyone who reads Katou’s works. Hopefully I’ll get a new one soon but until that happened, I could only cross my finger and curse the thief.

Random thoughts:

Ha… the credit page might only be funny to me. That mirror really does look like a dental mirror. Nowadays, most people would probably pick implants to replace missing teeth instead. No teeth shaving, and it’s supposed to last a lot longer than a bridge. Though, it does require surgery and healing time (and more money and possibly a bone graft). I wonder if there will ever be a dental related case…

C.M.B ~ The Cursed Mask Part Two and Three

Happy New Year!! Here’s a release to start it off with some interesting thoughts.

This release has a division in the middle because we didn’t realize that it’s already split into two parts. So I think from now on we’ll release it in two parts instead of three.

Thoughts about this chapter:

This is my first time releasing C.M.B., usually Lynossa does it. Excuse any mistakes you find in there; I already reuploaded the releases three times so I don’t want to do it anymore… I really like Shinra’s style of closing the case. It feels a lot like Touma’s, but it’s still a little different, maybe because he seems younger. Well, enjoy it, everyone!!

Christmas Break

Hey, it’s been a little while since our last release. This is just a notice saying that we aren’t going to have any more releases until the new year, as some of our staff are on vacation or are busy with other things this time of year.

A nice Christmas present would be more QCs… preferably those with a lot of time who can read Japanese (of course, both Q.E.D. and C.M.B. are shonen, so there’s furigana).  Apparently, I need to make a new recruitment page to throw the net wider.
